Oxygenating Eucalyptus, circulatory stimulant Peppermint, detoxifying Juniper and revitalising Lemongrass are carefully blended into this essential oil mix.
These oils are best used straight after your morning shower. Place 2 –3 drops of essential oil on a loofah (best), sponge or your hands. Rub vigorously over your whole body—feet, legs, belly, hands and arms. Massage belly in a clockwise direction. Rub limbs from tips towards the heart.
If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Also delightful used in an essential oil burner or diffuser.
