Most wine aficionados will understand the power of olfaction and how smell can affect us as well as helping to “create a mood”. I was delighted to be approached by Blackhearts & Sparrows Wine Stores to create some blends for them to use in their stores. They were received so well that we have now created a retail range so that you can enjoy these beautiful blends at home.
