Face Your Fears Blend
When preparing for an important event, nervousness can often get in the way and affect our performance. What about those fears and dread when facing something unknown and scary to us? This blend is designed to provide courage, assurance and nurturing and relief from anxiety It is best used in an essential oil burner or diffuser or dispensed on a tissue. To use as a massage blend, add 10—20 drops to 25ml of vegetable oil. If you like this blend, you may also like “Face Your Fears” Cream which can be used for feet and hand massage.
